Structural components
| 1.1. Fermenter / Post fermenter | ||
The digesters are constructed as closed manure tanks in reinforced concrete. The construction is in accordance with the generally recognized technological standards. The digester is a monolithic tank. Base plate, walls and roof are made of reinforced concrete, water and gas-tight, media resistant and stable. |

| 1.2. Final storage tank | ||
DThe final storage is built as an open, monolithic manure tank in reinforced concrete construction in accordance with the generally recognized technological standards. The digester is a monolithic tank. The base plate and walls are made of reinforced concrete, water tight, media resistant and stable. Depending on the size of the biogas plant and the legal requirements, the final storage volume will be adjusted accordingly. |

| 1.3. Service room |
In the resulting space between the digesters will be built a covered service room. The service room consists of a concrete base plate which is located on the same level as the base plates of the tanks. |

| 1.4. Slurry store / Drum filling station |
The slurry store is constructed as a closed manure tank in reinforced concrete construction in accordance with the generally recognized technological standards. The cover of the slurry store is loadable with up to 60 tons. |

| 1.5.1. Generator room |
1.5.2. Electronics room / Switch gear room | ||
The generator room is integrated in the technology building. The design is based on the structural requirements. The generator room is insulated with interior noise protection elements. |

Here are all the switchboards which are necessary for the operation of the biogas system. In addition, all control cabinets for the cogeneration unit will be placed there. |

| 1.5.3. Office room |
1.5.4. Operating equipment room |
Depending on the customer’s requirements an office room can be built next to the electronics room. This office can also be a part of the technology building. The heating of the office room will be provided by the waste heat from the cogeneration unit, either by an under floor heating or radiators. Of course we can also install a sanitary facility in the technology room according to the equipment and customer requirements. This includes washbasin, toilet and shower facility. |

Our final design plans include, in addition to the generator room, an operating equipment room for used and new oil and storage areas for further resources. The filling of the tank will be performed externally and is monitored by sensor technology. The inlet and outlet to the CHP will be performed automatically by the central control system when changing the oil.

| 1.6. Gas storage building |
The gas storage building serves to buffer the generated biogas. Depending on the initial situation there are different alternatives for the design of the gas storage building.

| 1.7. Special requirements |
| Special requirements, such as a well system or a water storage for a fire fight system, which are necessary for the operation of the biogas system or are required by regulations for the business, can of course be designed and built by us, too. | ![]() |
